Insurance & Billing

At Pensacola Dermatology, we accept most major medical insurance plans. To ensure that we are in-network with your insurance provider, please contact our office prior to your appointment for verification.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

• Medical Insurance Card: Make sure to bring your insurance card for verification.
• Photo ID: A valid photo ID is required for all appointments.
• Copay: Your insurance copay will be collected at the time of your visit.

Please note that if you do not bring your insurance card, photo ID, or copay, we reserve the right to reschedule or refuse treatment.

Payment & Responsibility

You are responsible for any copays, deductibles, or coinsurance required by your insurance plan at the time of your appointment. After your visit, our office will submit a claim to your insurance company. Payment for services is due at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

If your insurance plan requires a referral to see a specialist, please make sure to obtain the referral from your primary care provider before your appointment.
