The office was able to get me an appointment right away. The office staff made me feel like family and the medical staff was professional and thorough. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a great experience at the office. Everybody was very professional and informative. That was the first time I had an appointment and I will use Amy Watson as my dermatologist.

Dr. Watson's building is noticeably spotless upon entering the front door, very relaxing ambience, all her staff were polite, quick, and very warming. Wait was very reasonable in the lobby and once I went back to an exam room vitals were taken with care.. Dr. Watson was very attentive to any concerns I had and resolved them. The warmth was from the moment you step in the front door till you go out that same door. I look forward to future care by her and her staff.

My son has been seeing PA Rachel for his eczema. She’s been so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Highly recommend this group!

Clean facility with adequate convenient (close) parking and a [spacious] waiting area that does not force you to share arm rests! Medical staff are efficient and qualified.

Everyone was very nice and polite when I talked with them. I was checked over very thoroughly from head to toe.

This was my first time using Pensacola Dermatology and it was a very good experience! Upon arriving, I was greeted with a smile as I walked through the door. I checked in approximately 10 minutes before my appt time. The front reception team was pleasant and informative. I waited about 5 minutes and was brought back to an exam room. I was treated with kindness and dignity and given instructions as to which way the gown should open. The medical assistant then said my Provider, Jenn, who is one of the PA’s will be in shortly. Jenn knocked about 2 minutes later, came in, introduced herself and began her skin exam. She was very thorough, explained what areas of concern she had and answered all my questions. She froze 2 areas on my face without any issue. She gave me a discharge instruction sheet, and said “come back in 1 year”. I thanked her, promptly got dressed and proceeded to checkout. The woman that checked me out was very kind and efficient. All in all I was in and out in about 40 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this dermatology center. Thank you Dr Amy Watson and Staff.

I had a simple skin issue that Dr. Watson came in prepared to take care of. Her demeanor was caring, interested and approachable. I didn’t feel rushed.

The receptionist was very friendly and able to get me an appointment in three days, which was amazing. The office is very nice and spotlessly clean. The nurse that took me back was very cordial and helpful. I met with Jonathan who found several things that others had recently missed and was very professional and proficient! I plan to return!

Everyone is very friendly and professional. It’s the cleanest doctor’s office I’ve ever seen. I always check out the room while waiting for the doctor to come in. Baseboards, corners on the floor, it’s immaculate. I didn’t have to wait long for the doctor to come in. Amy Watson had been my doctor for years. Always the same.
