My experience was very positive. The staff was very hospitable and answered any question. The PA who worked on me was great, he explained things before he did them and there were no secrets, he explained what I would feel exactly the way he described, it was a positive experience all around. In later visits I was cared for by Dr. Watson, everyone is always pleasant and patient as they are aware you come in with anxiety regarding results, they are a comforting presence
